Phoenix Outreach is located in Whitefield, Manchester and we aim to improve the lives of people the area we live and work in. Our passionate and skilled team members are here to help students achieve their goals.
We would like to reach out to the vulnerable and the isolated members of our community through activities that keep them active and healthy in a positive and thriving atmosphere. Our projects will provide a safe environment to train and socialise.
